1. No personal data collection by the operator
The GeoJump Secure VPN application is client software: the Rights Holder does not sell VPN server access or supply connection configurations or subscriptions for third-party network services. Connection parameters, endpoints, and commercial terms for access are obtained by you from your chosen Third-party VPN providers; privacy and contract terms with a provider are governed on the provider's side. The Rights Holder does not collect, record in its own databases, transfer to third parties for marketing or profiling, or store Users' personal data in connection with use of the VPN tunnel and application features: we do not maintain names, contacts, browsing history, message content, downloads, or similar information that identifies you by internet activity on the Rights Holder's infrastructure. Installing the application and paying for an application-feature Subscription in a store (if available) are handled through app stores (Google Play, App Store, etc.) and those platforms' payment systems; processing of data related to purchases or store accounts is governed by those operators' documents and is not described here as collection by the Rights Holder as the client publisher.
2. Use of information by the operator
Because the Rights Holder does not collect Users' personal data for operating the client app, it does not use such data for advertising, behavioral analytics, selling databases, or other processing that requires identifying individuals on the Rights Holder's side. VPN operation establishes an encrypted channel to endpoints you configure (typically Third-party VPN providers); the Rights Holder does not decrypt User traffic content or extract personal information from communications.
3. Connection security and local data
Traffic between the application and endpoints specified in your configuration (operated by Third-party VPN providers or others you choose) is transmitted using encryption under the VPN protocols in use. The Rights Holder does not store Users' personal data related to the content of internet activity. The application may save locally on the Device only what is needed to operate (for example, settings and connection parameters); the User is responsible for backups, deletion, and Device security. On Android, the Statistics screen may show device-wide and per-app network traffic volumes (since the last device restart) and VPN tunnel throughput when you use the VPN connection. Device and per-app figures require the Android system permission «Usage access»; they are read from the operating system on your device, processed and displayed only locally in the application, and are not transmitted to the Rights Holder's servers or any third parties. VPN tunnel counters are also kept on the device by the client and are not uploaded. You may revoke Usage access at any time in Android settings; without it, device and per-app statistics are unavailable, while other app features continue to work.
4. Logging and activity monitoring
The Rights Holder does not keep logs of Users' internet activity: visited sites, downloads, message content, and similar data are not recorded to identify individuals or analyze online behavior on the Rights Holder's systems. Certain technical events (for example, on third-party networks), if they occur, are outside this Policy's scope as Provider-side processing and do not change the principle that the Rights Holder does not collect personal data as stated above.
5. Website and cookies
The official website is not used to collect personal data through forms, registration, or advertising identifiers for identifying individuals by the Rights Holder as client publisher. Where necessary, only technical cookies or equivalents required for basic site operation (for example, interface language) may be used; they are not used for profiling Users by the Rights Holder.
6. Contact and data-subject rights
For questions about this Policy and privacy, contact the Rights Holder via Telegram @Geojump_help (support and inquiries) and other contacts on the website. Where the Rights Holder does not receive or store personal data as described above, access or erasure requests may find no processing on the Rights Holder's side; information about purchases and store accounts should be requested from the relevant platform under its rules and applicable law. Requests regarding data held by a Third-party VPN provider should be directed to that provider.
7. Policy changes
We may update this privacy policy. Users will be notified of any changes through our service.
